For more than 40 years, Kohinoor Group has proudly maintained its position as a pioneer in Pune's real estate development industry.

Our history

Only in 1989, under the name Kohinoor Constructions, did construction and development get underway. Over 9 million square feet have been created and delivered by the group throughout Pune to date, and over 17 million square feet are presently being developed. Its interests in other verticals, such as manufacturing, logistics, and services, are similarly diverse.
